How long are the workshops for On-Site IRAdirect?
Each workshop is a half-day.
Are there any required prerequisites?
No, but basic IRA knowledge is recommended for the Advanced Users workshop.
What is the difference between the two workshops?
The IRAdirect Workshop for General Users is geared towards people who are new to IRAdirect or would like a general refresher. The IRAdirect Workshop for Advanced Users is designed for with Advanced User roles or who process General User transactions.
