How Do I Report My CE Credits for Ascend?

As a retirement services industry professional, you must remain current with law changes, new regulations, and market trends to provide the best service to your clients. Continuing your professional education is one way to stay abreast of the changes and maintain your competitive edge.

Ascend is approved for continuing education credits with the following certification sponsors.

To ensure that your continuing education credits are tracked properly, simply follow the steps below.

  • CFP – Complete the certificate of completion and retain for your records. To have Ascensus report your CFP credits to the CFP Board, email and indicate that you hold the CFP designation, and the date and location of where you attended Ascend. Within 30 days of receiving your email, Ascensus will contact you to obtain your CFP Board number along with a list of the courses that you attended at Ascend.
  • CISP, CRSP, and CTFA – Complete the certificate of completion and retain for your records. To report CISP, CRSP, and CTFA credits, you must visit the Member Services page of the ICB website: You must have a member ID and password to access your personal information.
